The hotel is in the heart of the city centre, nice staff
The first room we had was very noisy so we ask to change it. The new one was much better but the shower didn't work
i liked the help we got during the problems with our flights.
there was a man who really wasn't helpful at all.furthermore i got the impression that he wasn't rather intelligent.
very friendly and helpful staff. Close proximity to main shopping and places of interest. Within easy walking distance of public transport ( bus ,rail etc )
The bathroom was rather small.
Basically, the location is very good and some members of the staff are friendly. I can't think of anything else though.
The facilities are poor, the shower didn't work and were offered another one which was broken, too. The radiators made noise, the view of our room was appalling. No wonder they ask you to pay up as soon as you arrive. Having said that, all this didn't prevent us from having a great time in Dublin.
The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The location was also nice, the pub next door had live music every night which was a plus! Overall we had a good stay!
The location was great and staff were very helpful. The service of the Paddywagon to and from the airport was excellent. Breakfast was very good.
The room was a bit cramped and there was little hot water in the shower. The 'wardrobe' was more like an open cupboard and there were no glasses to use for a drink.
Staff were very welcomeing from the minute we walked through the door very helpful clean and tidy would go back again
Room was provided on arrival before check-in time.
Smelly, not clean, depressing.
Location and they let you leave your bags there.
Toilet didn't flush properly, window was ill fitting, cutlery wan't washed properly
The fact that it was so central to main shopping area, and walking distance to bus station, and ofcourse next door to our favourite pub, "the celt"
Very noisy location, to be expected on a busy road but window offered no soundproofing whatsoever.
Very convenient to everything
The staff at breakfast could smile a bit more
The wifi did not reach the room, not even the dining room, you had to be at the reception i order to be able to connect.
Very good location and easy to find. Room was on the small side, but comfortable. Airport shuttle service was a big reason for choosing this hotel as we had a very early flight.
The Best thing is it's location right in the middle of Dublin city, a short walk from o'connell St and the attractions, the bar next door is also very welcoming serving great food and Guinness. Nightly entertainment was excellent.
