The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was quiet and clean. The complimentary breakfast was also very good and the free shuttle to the airport was so convenient. Great value for the money.
The room smelled faintly of cigarette smoke although it wasn't overpowering.
Location, two staff members were very sweet and helpful, and the bar next door had good live music every night. Free breakfast was very good.
Two staff members who worked at the front desk were very rude and we almost missed our shuttle to the airport because of them. Thank goodness the man who drove the shuttle actually got out in the middle of the street and came in to get us!!
Good breakfast, good location felt secure.
Walls were quite thin the T.v didnt work and was reported to staff and not dealt with adequately. The rate was over the top for the hotel as it was a weekend and a popular band were playing a reunion tour in town causing an inflated rate of 159 euros a night on Sat and Sun night as opposed to 59 euros on our monday night stay. No fridge or safe in room. The cleaners didnt clean our tea cups on the first morning. We would think long and hard about staying there again or even refering this property.
Located on one of the main streets, everything is within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was fairly large and breakfast was included. It's definely in the middle of the action. There was noise from the street below, but we actually were able to sleep pretty well.
The hotel location is very good, the airport shuttle worked great and the reception was open 24 hours, the breakfast was fine. This is right next to the Celtic Lodge restaurant and pub, does it after a long day, very pleasant to eat something there and to dive into the Irish nightlife.
I liked not the absolute cleanliness, the hotel room was not quite according to the Internet images. Certainly the Irish habits are different, but for 2 people we had was a very small room and bathroom to turn hard. I would use the hotel again only if I want to save and leave for a trip with friends in hotel and flight, but when I travel with my mother.
The breakfast is good and the recepiionist is friendly. The location is in city central.
The breakfast was great! Anne (front dest attendent) was extremely helpful!
The stairs would be a huuuuge problem for people who are older or unable to climb them.
Location was spot on vey near train / bus station . Within east walking to city centre .
The room was small but good enough for what my son and i wanted. the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was very good. If i could make one sugestion it would be not to leave the Milk and Orange juice so close to the radiator in the dinning room the Orange jucie was not very nice (warm)
as above the juice was warm
good location for all sights, good breakfast and staff very friendly.
I liked everything! the location was very central, with a 4year consecutive award winning restaurant attached. Also attached is the Celtic Pub which has great local live Irish music nightly. The reception staff were always helpful and accommodating. I had several mornings when I was leaving on excursions around 5 or 6 am and there was always a complimentary breakfast for me - no matter what time it was. The location is only 2 to 3 blocks away from major downtown sights, shopping areas, the Liffey...it was great.
The staff were amazing and very accomodating. the breakfast staff were so nice to and nothing was too much trouble for them. The location was great and there tram stops very close by.
The room was very small and the bathroom even smaller,,, you couldnt even take a cat in there to attempt to swing it! Although we were not expecting to get wifi in our rooms, we were exp[ecting as described that you could get it in public areas. This was only available during breakfast inthe dining room room, all other times you were not allowed in there(the was a guy that was using it for his own person smoking room, who i guess was some sort of mamager) But saying that we did walk just a few steps to use the internet cafe so all was not lost!
Friendly, easy to locate, central, and budget friendly
We found the staff on reception very helpful and friendly, and very honest as I left passports and other documents in room which we had returned to us on our return trip. Breakfast was ok, not much choice but staff were very good and friendly.
The staff was particularly nice and helpful, especially Grainne. The location was centrally located to transportation and shopping.
The occasional lack of air circulation caused the room to be hot at times. One of the staff provided us with a fan that helped the situation.
